I received an order in the mail and it is damaged.
What do I do?

You will be able to return the damaged item to us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.  For further information contact us at shop@amazingalternatives.com.au or review the returns and refund section of the shopping cart for full details

What types of payment options do you have?

Payments can be made by direct deposit into our bank account, by credit card, via PayPal credit card or account facilities or by forwarding a cheque. (Please allow an extra 5 days for processing if paying by cheque.)

Who makes Amazing Alternatives products?

The majority of our products are made in Australia.  You will notice an Australian Made icon displayed in the product description section of the shopping cart.  Products made overseas are follow fairtrade practices are choosen to help support disadvantaged communities with viable industries.

We stock products that have been produced using sustainable manufacturing process, are made from pure ingredients and follow ethical business practices. 

How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?

Allow up to seven days for delivery.  If you are paying by cheque please allow a further five days for processing.

What happens if no-one is home at the delivery address?

If no-one is at home when a delivery is made it may be left in a secure location or it will be returned to a nearby post office for collection.  Orders over $200 in value do require a signature when they are delivered so if no-one is at home they will be returned to a nearby post office for collection.
A card will be left to let you know that a delivery is ready to be picked up.
